Dhivya David is a social development leader with over two decades of experience advancing gender justice, community empowerment, and systems change across South Asia. She currently serves in a senior leadership role supporting civic participation, social accountability, and inclusive development initiatives.
She brings to the Board deep expertise in gender equality, leadership development, conflict transformation, and organizational strengthening, along with a strong commitment to social justice and community-led change.

Harsh Gupta
Development Professional | Philanthropy, Grantmaking & Civil Society Strengthening
Harsh Gupta is a development professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, grantmaking, and strengthening civil society organizations. Through his work in the social sector, he has supported grassroots organizations and initiatives focused on equity, inclusion, and sustainable social impact.
He brings to the Board valuable perspectives on strategic philanthropy, organizational development, and nonprofit effectiveness, coupled with a commitment to building resilient institutions and empowering communities.

Dr. K. Miriam Samuel
Social Work Educator and Academic Leader |
Dr. K. Miriam Samuel is a distinguished social work educator and former Head of the Department of Social Work at Madras Christian College, Chennai. With decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, she has played a significant role in shaping generations of social work professionals.
She brings to the Board a wealth of experience in education, community-centered development, and institution building, along with a deep commitment to social justice, human dignity, and the empowerment of vulnerable communities.
